About the Role
As an Admission Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. You will guide them through the enrollment process, answer inquiries regarding our programs, and ensure a smooth transition into our academic community. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and attend open days and recruitment events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in educational sales or admissions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
